Citation Mustang Description
The Citation Mustang is the smallest business jet of Cessna’s Citation family, seating four in a spacious club configuration. Despite its small size, passengers need not be crowded by luggage aboard the Mustang, as it provides 57 cubic feet of storage space between the nose and tail baggage compartments.
The Mustang’s cockpit is equipped with a Garmin G1000 integrated avionics suite, which is designed to reduce pilot burden and provide every last degree of situational awareness.
Two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW615F engines with full-authority digital engine controls (FADEC) provide the Citation Mustang with the power to fly at 340 knots (391 mph) to a distance of 1323 statute miles. The maximum operating altitude of the Mustang – 41,000 feet – will carry you over most weather.Other aspects of the Mustang’s slick aerodynamic design include high-aspect-ratio wings, a stabilizing T-tail, tricycle retractable landing gear, and pneumatic boots on its leading edges that allow the aircraft to fly into icy conditions.
